Returns, Warranty & Refunds
We have strictly a 7-day return policy, NO-EXCEPTIONS. You have 7 days after receiving your item to send it back to us.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, UNWORN IN BRAND NEW CONDITION, with tags, and in its original packaging.
We charge 20% Re-Stocking Fee for all returned items, subject to return request approval.
Return Shipping to be paid by buyer, please ensure that you insure the package to full value. We can also provide you with a shipping label for a discounted cost.
To start a return, you can contact us at customers@foreverjewelerslv.com. If your return request is accepted, we’ll send you a RMA and return address or return shipping label, if you choose to buy shipping label from us. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. Please allow 5-7 days handling time to inspect returned merchandise and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time further for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Warranty for Jewelry
All our diamond jewelry comes with implied 30 days warranty from the date of purchase which ONLY covering against any manufacturer defects. Any manufacturer defects would be apparent in this time period. We have jewelers on site that can repair or if necessary replace the item. Damages caused by excessive wear-and-tear & /or physical abuse are NOT covered under warranty. Diamonds are not covered under warranty but labor is covered with in the warranty period. Once the warranty period is over, we offer repair services at nominal pricing as a service to our customers. Shipping is not covered under warranty.
STORE POLICY FOR CUSTOMERS
• Forever Jewelers fully back the purity & authenticity of any metal or diamonds you purchase from us, however with daily use diamonds can become loose and metal can oxidize with humidity, chemicals and body oils. We recommend standard MAINTENANCE by getting your diamonds checked for loose stones every three months. You are responsible for taking care of your purchased jewelry.
• We are not responsible for any damage done to the product while in the purchaser's care.
• There are no refunds or exchanges on any sort of CUSTOM ORDERS once they have been placed. If the order has not been fully placed, you may use whatever credit is remaining after designing costs & labor already spent on the custom order (CAD, wax mold, etc.)
• There are no refunds on any LAYAWAY deposits or payments. Our layaways are anywhere from 30 days to 90 days. If any layaway is canceled there will be a 20% cancellation fee the remaining layaway deposits or payments must be used as the store credit.
• We take pride even in smallest job done in store and perform a quality check before handing it back to customers, however it is the customer's final responsibility to check all repaired merchandise upon receipt. We are not responsible for any repair jobs, once the customer has left the store with finished job. We do not issue any warranties on repair jobs unless stated otherwise on the Invoice.
• Forever Jewelers reserve right to accept or refuse an UPGRADE from your piece of jewelry to a new piece of jewelry you might like in store. To being able to accept an upgrade request we would need original receipt, the jewelry must have no damage & have never been repaired or sized. It must be in original condition bought. The item must be upgraded to the same category of the item originally purchased (for example a diamond pendant for a diamond pendant and a gold chain for a gold chain) the upgrade, maximum credit for an upgrade must not be more than 70% of original paid price. Also, the upgrade amount must be two times or more than the original purchase amount.
• We have strictly a NO-REFUND policy. There are absolutely NO EXCEPTIONS. We will gladly EXCHANGE any unworn and undamaged product with original tags intact within 7 days of purchase.
